Seasoned Beef

4 oz. uncooked ground beef

1 ½ cup spinach

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp celery seed

Cayenne pepper to taste

Brown beef in a saucepan.  Add spinach, chili powder, onion powder, celery seed and cayenne pepper to taste.  Let simmer and heat thoroughly.

Makes 1 serving

Each equals; 3 protein, 1 veggie
