Protein Energy Bites
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1 package gold premium vanilla or chocolate
4 fat burning chocolettes chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
Preheat over to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl mash bananas, then stir in the rolled oats, protein powder, almonds and chocolettes. Mix until well combined and form into 12 balls. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
Serving Size: 2 bites = 1/2 fat, 1/2 fruit, 1 starch
