1 package Diet Center Vanilla Pudding Gold Premium Protein Supplement
1 slice Diet Bread, rolled thin, toasted
1/2 cup Summer Squash, peeled, chopped, cooked
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1-2 pkts Artificial Sweetener
1/4 cup 1 % fat Cottage Cheese
4 oz Water
Place diet bread in a small baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over “crust” and bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until solid.
