¼ cup cottage cheese (low or non-fat)
¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup milk (1 % or skim)
½ packet artificial sweetener of choice
Blend ½ cup of blueberries, cottage cheese, milk and sweetener till smooth. Gently mix in remaining blueberries. Serve in a pudding dish or cup.
