Try grilling these shroomy showstoppers for a portobello mushroom burger with creamy avocado, as main course mixed with risotto, or on their own with olive oil and herbs

6 (4-5 inches, 1 ¾ lbs.) portobello mushrooms
6 Tbsp fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp canola oil

Marinate mushrooms in salad dressing. Heat grill. Brush canola oil on the mushrooms. Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serves 3 (2 mushrooms) = 1 vegetable, 1 additional
