1 ½ cups low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped onion
Place cottage cheese, mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor or mini-chopper. Blend till sooth. Stir in onions.
