When the weather gets warm, grilled corn on the cob is basically mandatory. Sweet and crunchy with a bit of smokey char, what could be better?

Corn on the cob... duh

Soak ears of corn in their husks in a large bowl of water for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Heat grill. Place corn, unshucked, on grill and cover. Cook 5 minutes. Turn corn about ¼ turn. Cover and cook minutes. Turn corn ¼ turn and cook another 5 minutes. Husks should be blackened.
1 medium 6-inch corn = 1 starch
