Colorful, texturally satisfying, easy to make, and a side dish you can always feel great about eating! This black bean and corn salad recipe never disappoints!

1 16-oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 17 oz, can whole kernel corn, drained
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
½ cup fat-free Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients except the dressing. Pour the dressing over mixture and toss well.
Serves 6 (3/4 cup) =1 protein, 1 starch, 1 additional
