My Sweaty Valentine Workout

It’s Valentine’s Day, and love is in the air. Before you and your Valentine head out for a romantic dinner or night at the movie theater, try out these creative and fun partner exercises to get in a great workout together.

Now don’t be discouraged if you don’t have a special Valentine this year. You can grab a friend to do this workout with you or fit in a workout at work with a colleague, too. In fact, these partner exercises are really fun to do with friends any time of year – not just on Valentine’s Day!

Do one or all three!

Complete each workout, resting 30 seconds between each exercise.

Repeat entire cycle 2-3 times.

Feel free to add weights or resistance bands to make this workout more challenging.
