Baked Parm Tomatoes

1 large tomato, sliced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

1 tsp sliced fresh basil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  One the baking sheet, arrange tomatoes in a single layer.  Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and top with the Parmesan and basil.  Bake until cheese is bubbling, about 10 minutes.

Serves two     Each equals 1 vegetable portion, 1 fat
